The Master of Science in Human Resource Management degree program provides students with the knowledge and skills to lead and manage strategic and operational human resources management (HRM) functions in organizations. The curriculum introduces behavioral competencies to help students develop leadership and influencing skills in the practice of human resource management and their ability to effectively address real-world HRM challenges to deliver business results. Students also apply evidenced-based decision making to align strategy and practice and partner with organizational leadership.
