Accelerated Master's Pathway, BSN/MSN Option

School of Nursing and Health Sciences

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) accredited degree program is designed to prepare licensed registered nurses for excellence in nursing practice. This program enhances students’ knowledge, skills, and decision-making abilities as a bachelor's-prepared nurse generalist, in line with the 2021 AACN Essentials for Professional Nursing Education. The curriculum emphasizes contemporary nursing standards, equipping students to meet the evolving demands of healthcare.

Students gain a deep understanding of nursing concepts, allowing them to deliver exceptional care for patients and healthcare systems. The comprehensive practicum experience focuses on evidence-based practice, ensuring that students are well-prepared to excel in various healthcare settings. Cutting-edge tools and technology are integrated throughout the curriculum to enhance the learning experience. The program also emphasizes leadership and evidence-based nursing practices, teaching students how to promote health, manage, and prevent disease in individuals and populations. This program is not designed or intended to meet licensure requirements for any licensed profession.
