Learners in this course use a return on investment (ROI) methodology to develop a plan to measure the impact of an intervention. The process model includes evaluation planning, data collection, data analysis, and reporting. The course provides learners with the opportunity to achieve ROI Certification from the ROI Institute. For EdD and Performance Improvement Leadership certificate learners only. Cannot be fulfilled by transfer.
