Learners in this course analyze legal and ethical issues related to course ownership, privacy, intellectual property, freedom of speech, and social responsibility. Through an examination of ethical assumptions, attitudes, and values, learners develop a foundation for understanding and supporting distance education from a legal and ethical perspective.
