The MHA Health Care Leadership specialization focuses on effective change management and the development of high-performance teams in complex, dynamic health care environments. The specialization curriculum emphasizes evidence-based best practices for change leadership, coaching, team collaboration, and professional development that build a continuous learning system for sustainable health care delivery. Upon successful completion of this specialization, learners are prepared to pursue director-level and leadership positions in a wide range of health care settings. Learners who pursue this specialization through the FlexPath option earn an MHA through self-paced demonstrations of competencies.
