The doctoral Leadership and Organizational Management specialization focuses on increasing organizational effectiveness through strategic planning and evidence-based best practices and behaviors. Throughout the specialization, learners gain and apply skills in effective negotiation and mediation, conflict management, and creating effective collaboration across an organization. These specialization requirements are not designed or intended to meet professional licensure requirements for the counseling, psychology, or social work professions.
