In this course, learners research literature to identify best practices and evaluate appropriate methodologies leading to successful outcomes for projects and programs ranging from simple to complex. The course emphasizes appropriate methods, tools, and techniques for the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Initiating and Planning processes based on organizational environments, cultural diversity, and global influences.
