HCM-FPX5310 Decision-Making in the Health Care System

In this course, students examine the complex and dynamic U.S. health care system, stakeholders, laws, and regulations. Students develop an understanding of how health care delivery systems are organized and financed and identify the economic, legal, and political factors that influence the management of health care organizations.
