IT4538 Advanced Artificial Intelligence: Techniques, Applications, and Ethics
Students expand their foundational artificial intelligence (AI) knowledge by exploring advanced techniques and their applications, including deep learning architecture, reinforcement learning, and probabilistic reasoning. The course emphasizes practical implementation and problem-solving in real-world contexts. Students tackle complex AI challenges across domains like natural language processing, computer vision, robotics, and healthcare, while also navigating the ethical dimensions of AI, such as bias, fairness, explainability, and societal impact.
Students who have received credit for IT4300 and IT4460 may not take IT4538.
