MFT-R5821 Advanced Marriage and Family Therapy Theory and Pre-Clinical Practice: Residency Track 1

The initial residency comprises both an online classroom component and an in-person residency. Students participate in online activities to prepare for the face-to-face residency, where they can practically apply the knowledge acquired from previous courses. During the course, students showcase their clinical skills, such as establishing therapeutic relationships and conceptualizing cases from a systemic viewpoint. Additionally, students demonstrate their understanding of professional clinical disposition and identity, the impact of socio-cultural factors, and ethical and legal principles. For MS in Marriage and Family Therapy students only. This course requires travel. Cannot be fulfilled by transfer.
