PM-FPX1000 Project Management Principles
Students build an understanding of the fundamental basics of project management and gain a broad overview of project management standards and their applicability to both business and IT projects. Students analyze management theories, concepts, tools and techniques defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI
®) including the Process Groups and Knowledge Areas. Students also investigate other project management methodologies and frameworks, with an emphasis on Agile.
Students who have received credit for PM-FPX3000 may not take PM-FPX1000.
