FlexPath Academic Calendar
First courses in FlexPath begin once each month (see charts below). All other FlexPath courses do not have set start dates, so students may register and start a course on any day of the week. Please refer to the following guide to determine dates and deadlines for those courses.
Last Day to Drop Without a Transcript Record of the Course: 12 calendar days from the start of that course (including the date of registration).
Last Date to Drop With a “W”: 61 calendar days from the start of that course (including the date of registration).
Course End Date (last date to submit assessment(s)): 84 calendar days from the start of that course (including the date of registration). If the student has a passing grade, the student may end their course at any time prior to this date by pushing the course completion button in the courseroom.
Competency Scores Posted Date (when a student hasn’t used the course completion button to end the course): 89 calendar days from the start of that course (count includes the date of registration).
