In this course, students synthesize concepts from previous courses in preparation to deliver fully accountable care. Concepts that support the transition to practice are also integrated. For MSN Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Post-Master’s Certificate students only. Special permission is required for registration. Cannot be fulfilled by transfer.
