SOC3100 Social Problems, Individual Identities, and Public Policy

Students analyze how societal issues are identified, how individual and group identities influence these issues, and how policies are crafted to address them. Students identify the many bases of inequalities to social problems and apply sociological perspectives to current issues facing communities and the nation.
