MHA5022 Human Capital Management in Health Care
In this course, learners examine concepts, principles, and processes for human capital management in order to create employee-centered health care organizations. In particular, learners develop a human capital strategy for a health care organization that considers organizational need, budgets, and environmental forces. Specific course topics include employee recruitment, retention, influence, and accountability; staff development; and workforce optimization.
