Learners gain a comprehensive understanding of development of school counseling programs and services, and the data-driven decision-making and accountability needed to sustain them. Learners utilize evidence-based school counseling practices to investigate the needs, determine interventions and evaluate programs using the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model as a framework.
