PSYC2240 Psychology of the Workplace
Learners gain and demonstrate foundational knowledge of industrial-organizational psychology and human behavior in the workplace. Learners investigate influences on individual and team workplace behavior. Learners examine individual differences, employee attitudes and motivation, stress, justice and diversity, job analysis and performance, training and development, and leadership as they affect an organization.
Learners who have received credit for PSYC4200 may not take PSYC2240.
