In this course, students explore leadership practice in complex and dynamic environments. Students use systems thinking and organizational theory to analyze leadership practice within the framework of organizational systems and evaluate the role of systems thinking in organizations to develop innovation in complex environments. Finally, students apply these concepts to leadership practice. Cannot be fulfilled by transfer.
