BUS4043 Compensation and Benefits Management

Students investigate theories related to compensation and reward systems in organizations and the practices used to create and maintain these systems. Students create a base benefit plan, evaluating incentive programs, and analyzing the effects of laws and regulatory agencies on compensation and benefits strategies. Students also demonstrate a working knowledge of social and legal issues pertaining to compensation and of the skills organizations need to maintain competitive HR functions.
