BUS4046 Employee and Labor Relations
Students investigate the dynamics of creating a mutually beneficial relationship between employer and employee, including maintaining legal compliance and cultivating positive employee morale. Students analyze and interpret factors that affect the relationships between employees and organizations and how workplace policies can influence ethically and legally sound human resource management practices. Students also identify and evaluate the impact of labor unions on the organization.
