In this course, students analyze the community and public health milieu, with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention within a variety of community settings. Students apply principles of community and public health, health promotion, and epidemiology to create environments that improve health and safety. Students also examine leading health care indicators, health policy, and emergency preparedness. For BSN, FlexPath option students only.
