PM-FPX4060 Risk Management in Project Management
Students analyze project risk management and examine the processes, tools and techniques used to identify, analyze, prioritize, respond, and control risk on a project. Students gain an understanding of how a risk management process can be standardized. Students also acquire and demonstrate business management and leadership skills such as planning, environmental awareness and conditions, benefits management, brainstorming, listening, negotiation, problem solving, and team building.
