PM-FPX4080 Agile Project Management
Students are introduced to the concepts of Agile Project Management (APM). Students gain an understanding of APM's objectives, which are, in part, to deliver customer value earlier in repeated iterations, adapt to changes in a more flexible and timely manner to ultimately gain a result of higher customer satisfaction, and increased team morale, collaboration, and ownership. Students apply their skills and knowledge to a scenario that requires the development of an APM-based project plan.
