PSY8765 Testing and Assessment in Workplace Psychology
Students review relevant theories and research methods of workplace psychology, coaching, and consultation assessment. Students analyze the assessment process, identify assessment tools and their applications, and examine ways to evaluate and deliver assessment feedback. Topics include individual, group, and organizational assessment; psychometric testing; quantitative/qualitative principles and research methods; and ethical and social issues associated with assessment.
