PSY8768 Theory and Practice of Psychological Coaching
Students in this course study the psychological underpinnings, theoretical framework, and foundational elements of evidence-based coaching. Students explore the stages of the coaching relationship and determine an effective coaching framework to apply in different contexts, including positive psychology and Gestalt perspectives. Students also identify ethical and social issues related to evidence-based coaching.
