Human Resource Management

Students in this concentration apply the principles of human resource management to support organizational outcomes. Throughout the coursework, students develop the skills and competence necessary to attract, recruit, engage, develop, and retain employees. Students also build the fundamental knowledge of compensation, benefits, and the legal framework that guides the employment lifecycle.
