NURS3030 Health Assessment

Nursing students gain the essential competencies required to perform comprehensive health assessments across the human lifespan. Emphasis is placed on advanced interviewing strategies, systematic health history acquisition, physical examination methodologies, and the application of critical reasoning to clinical decision-making. Students synthesize theoretical knowledge with applied practice through engagement in virtual simulations, case-based analyses, and structured evaluative assignments. For BSN (Prelicensure) students only. Cannot be fulfilled by transfer or credit for prior learning.
