NURS-FPX6100 The Role of Nurse Educators
Students examine the tripartite faculty role of teaching, service, and scholarship and the responsibilities associated with functioning as a nurse educator in an academic or healthcare environment. Students also analyze nurse educator competencies and the professional development activities expected of those who fill this multidimensional role. Students are required to complete 50 practicum hours. For MSN, FlexPath option students only. Special permission is required for registration.
