NURS-FPX6620 Care Coordination Healthcare Models
Students examine how the Quadruple Aim is incorporated into the larger framework of clinical care oversight. Students analyze the role of technology in nursing care coordination and the ways in which data is used to inform decision-making to influence healthcare outcomes. Students also identify the ways in which care coordination can enhance the patient experience, improve health outcomes within the community, reduce costs of care, and improve patient and provider satisfaction. Students are required to complete 50 practicum hours. For MSN, FlexPath option students only. Special permission is required for registration.
