NURS-FPX6626 Care Coordination Leadership
Students propose a project for change in a healthcare setting, aligning care coordination resources with community healthcare needs. Students apply project management best practices to influence ethical practices and support positive health outcomes in the delivery of safe, relevant care in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. In addition, students identify ways in which the care coordinator leader supports collaboration between key stakeholders in the care coordination process. Students are required to complete 50 practicum hours. For MSN, FlexPath option students only. Special permission is required for registration.
