NURS6612 Health Care Models Used in Care Coordination

Students in this course examine how emerging health care models are incorporated into the larger framework of clinical care oversight. Students analyze the role of informatics in nursing care coordination and the ways in which client information is collected and used to influence health outcomes. Students also identify the ways in which care coordination can support cost efficiency, promote quality of care, and affect positive health outcomes. For MSN and Graduate Certificate students only.
