NURS4125 Adult Health Nursing 2 Clinical
Students gain hands-on experience focusing on the management of complex health conditions in adult patients. Emphasis is placed on applying principles of chronic disease management in real-world settings. Students develop clinical reasoning skills through integrated learning experiences that combine virtual classroom instruction, simulation-based practice, and supervised clinical placements. Throughout the course, students assess and support adult clients by considering physiological, psychological, and sociocultural factors that influence health. Using the nursing process, students plan and implement holistic care strategies aimed at maintaining wellness and preventing illness across adult populations. Students complete a minimum of 80 clinical hours during this course. Special permission is required for registration. For BSN (Prelicensure) students only. Cannot be fulfilled by transfer or credit for prior learning.
