NURS4135 Maternal Newborn and Pediatrics Nursing Clinical
Students apply and refine their skills in a real-world maternal and child setting in this clinical course. Students focus on the delivery of patient-centered care to maternal, newborn, and pediatric patients, with an emphasis on advanced clinical judgment, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement. Students complete a minimum of 80 clinical hours during this course. Special permission is required for registration. For BSN (Prelicensure) students only. Cannot be fulfilled by transfer or credit for prior learning.
