PSYC4200 Foundations of Industrial and Organizational Psychology

Learners gain and demonstrate foundational knowledge of industrial and organizational psychology and human behavior in the workplace. Learners identify and evaluate influences on individual and team workplace behavior. Learners also analyze individual differences, employee attitudes and motivation, job analysis and performance, training and development, and leadership as they affect an organization. Learners who have received credit for PSYC2240 may not take PSYC4200.
