HMSV8210 Advanced Program Development in the Human Service Sector
Students synthesize their knowledge of evidence-based human services interventions to develop human services programs, including program evaluation plans. Students apply leadership strategies as well as consider ethical issues, demographics, and various perspectives when considering program development. Additionally, students apply knowledge of multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure the program meets clients’ and communities’ needs as well as advocate for program funding.
