HMSV8304 Strategic Planning and Organizational Effectiveness for Human Services
Students practice increasing organizational effectiveness through strategic planning. Students develop operational plans and assessment strategies to enhance organizational performance by applying strategic frameworks. Additionally, students explain how organizations’ strategic missions advocate for those in need within the community. Taking ethical considerations into account, students utilize strategies to advocate for organizations and communities as well as develop collaboration strategies to support organizations. Students demonstrate their writing skills by creating professional documents.
