HMSV8404 Leadership Theory and Practice in For-Profit, Nonprofit, and Government Human Services Programs
Students analyze leadership theories and practices and apply them to contemporary and future practices in human services organizations. Students describe collaboration strategies to build effective multidisciplinary collaboration. Additionally, students apply principles that improve organizational performance. Throughout the course, students develop expanded leadership perspectives and practices that enable them to assure the viability of their organizations in for-profit, nonprofit and government human services programs.
