HMSV8212 Advanced Ethics in Human Services

Students examine the ethical and leadership responsibilities of human service professionals. Students synthesize ethical principles with leadership roles in public and private settings and evaluate the ways professionals apply ethics and leadership in their work with client and community populations, including considering challenges in service provision during client encounters. Students also distinguish between ethical and legal responsibilities for human services professionals.
